EMS transports 14-year-old found passed out from drinking vodka

Friday, May 6, 2011, 8 p.m. — Nelson County EMS transported a 14-year-old male from a Bloomfield park when he passed out from drinking too much alcohol. EMTs report the teen’s friends said they were all drinking and the victim allegedly drank 1/2 gallon of vodka. EMTs found the teen unconscious. He was taken to Flaget Memorial Hospital for treatment.
