Wednesday, Dec. 8, 2010, 6:55 p.m. — The Bardstown Fire Department responded to the 200 block of Buffalo Hill for a reported fire that turned out to be a controlled burn. A resident at the address was burning a tree that had fallen. Firefighters were on the scene for only a few minutes. Buffalo Hill is a street located on the north side of Boston Road near its intersection with Hubbards Lane.
