Sunday, July 28, 2013. 1:20 p.m. — The Bardstown Fire Department responded Sunday morning at 7:50 to Buzick Lumber, 1330 E. John Rowan Blvd., for an active fire alarm. Firefighters and Bardstown Police arrived and determined the alarm was triggered by a fault in the sprinkler system. The business owner will contact the alarm company for repairs to the system.
