Firefighters respond to reported apartment fire on Harding Street

Sunday, June 19, 2011, 12:39 p.m. — The Bardstown Fire Department is responding to the 800 block of Harding Street for a report of an apartment fire. Nelson County EMS is also being dispatched.

12:42 p.m. — Incident commander is on scene reports he is on scene, no fire or smoke showing yet.

12:56 p.m. — Firefighters determine the fire was caused by food on the stove.
