Firefighters to Plum Run Road home after small electrical fire

Friday, Jan. 24, 2014, 8:55 a.m. — The Bardstown Fire Department responded to a home the 2500 block of Plum Run Road at 7 a.m. Friday morning. The resident reported experiencing a small electrical fire at an outlet and requested the fire department to determine if the fire has spread into the wall. Firefighters investigated and found nothing. They were on scene for about 45 minutes.
