Wednesday, Dec. 16, 2015 — Five people were injured Tuesday evening in a three-vehicle accident on US150, the Springfield Road at Pottershop Loop. 
Bardstown Police, Bardstown Fire and Nelson County EMS were dispatched at 6:58 p.m. for the three-vehicle crash with possible entrapment of vehicle occupants. The woman driving one of the vehicles and her female passenger, both 64 years old, were transported to Flaget Memorial Hospital, as were three additional victims who were reported in stable condition. A physician who was at the accident scene assisted the victims until firefighters and EMS arrived.
