Wednesday, Feb. 2, 2011, 12:31 a.m. — Police responded to a report of trees down in the roadway on the Blue Grass Parkway between the New Haven Road and the Springfield Road overpasses. A sheriff’s deputy reported part of a toppled tree was out in the roadway and requested the state road department to come and remove it.
