Thursday, Sept. 12, 2013, 11:55 p.m. — A 13-year-old boy was injured Thursday evening during martial arts practice at Faith Worship Center, 3160 Bloomfield Road. Nelson County EMS responded to the report of an injured youth at 5:28 p.m. The teen’s knee apparently was dislocated when he swung his leg around to perform a kick. He was taken by EMS to Flaget Memorial Hospital for evaluation.
