Friday, Feb. 21, 2014, 12:30 a.m. — A 41-year-old man was injured Thursday evening when his vehicle overturned on KY 55 near the Washington-Nelson County line.
Nelson County EMS and the Nelson County Sheriff’s Office were dispatched to the accident scene at 9:46 Thursday evening. The Northeast Nelson Fire Department was summoned to the scene due to possible entrapment of the victim. The victim was out of the vehicle when first-responders arrived. The man was transported to Flaget Memorial Hospital with a possible wrist fracture and chest pain.
