Saturday, July 5, 2014, 2:20 p.m. — A male in his 20s was taken to the hospital Saturday afternoon following an altercation at a home on Murray’s Run Road. At about 2 p.m., Nelson County EMS was dispatched to a residence for a report of an individual injured in an altercation. Police were already at the scene. The man was suffered a cut above one eye, various abrasions and reported burning in his eyes from being maced. He was taken to Flaget Memorial Hospital for treatment.
