Thursday, Nov. 24, 2011, 11:15 p.m. — The Nelson County Sheriff’s Office received a report of a 2005 Pontiac Grand Am that was stolen from an address on Nat Rogers Road by a teen female juvenile. Nelson County Dispatch broadcast an Attempt To Locate statement about 10:55 p.m. Thursday, stating the teen was likely heading to an address on Tollgate Road. A deputy stopped the Pontiac driven by the girl after it turned onto Tollgarte Road near New Hope. Police held the juvenile and requested a Court Designated Worker to respond. The vehicle was safely recovered.
