Monday, Aug. 9, 2011, 12:07 a.m. — A 58-year-old man was injured when he laid his motorcycle down while trying to turn it around. Nelson County EMS and the Nelson County Sheriff’s Office responded to the area of KY 605 and Springfield Road for a report of a motorcycle accident. The man complained of severe hip pain. He was taken to Flaget Memorial Hospital for treatment. The call came in to Nelson County Dispatch about 11:35 Monday night.
