STAFF REPORT
Nov. 2, 2012, 9 a.m. — Construction work will require Kentucky Transportation Cabinet contract crews to close the Murphy Lane bridge (KY 2775) over the Bluegrass Parkway beginning this Monday, Nov. 5, 2012.
Mobile message boards are positioned at each approach of the location to notify local traffic of the upcoming closure. Motorists should use KY 2738 (Tunnel Mill Road) on the north side of the parkway and KY 458 (Old Tunnel Mill Road) on the south side of the parkway as detour routes.
The project should be complete and the bridge reopened by Nov. 15, 2012.
