Friday, June 10, 2016, 12:07 a.m. — Nelson County EMS was dispatched at about 9:06 p.m. Thursday to a home on Plum Run Road after a man in his 20s was found unresponsive and not breathing following an apparent heroin overdose. EMS revived the victim and he was transported to Flaget Memorial Hospital for evaluation and treatment.
