EMS responds Friday night for report of an intentional overdose

Friday, June 13, 2014, 11:12 p.m. — A 51-year-old male was taken to the hospital after he reported took an overdose of approximately 70 doses of a combination of medications. Nelson County EMS and police were asked to respond to the residence on West Stephen Foster at 10:26 Friday night. The man was taken by EMS to Flaget Memorial Hospital for treatment.
