Tuesday, Jan. 13, 2015, 4:10 p.m. — Nelson County EMS and Bardstown Police responded Tuesday afternoon at about 3:20 p.m. to a home near Life Car Way for a report of a teenager who took an intentional overdose of prescription medication in an effort to harm himself. EMS transported a 14-year-old boy to Flaget Memorial Hospital who allegedly had taken a quantity of Zoloft and amoxilcillin.
