Wednesday, Feb. 16, 2011, 10:24 a.m. — The Rolling Fork Fire Department is responding to a mobile home fire in the 3200 block of New Hope Road. An eye witness reported the doublewide home is fully engulfed in flames. A Nelson County EMS ambulance has been dispatched to standby near the scene of the fire.
10:31 a.m. — The Bardstown Fire Department is being paged out to provide mutual aid support to the Rolling Fork firefighters. Rolling Fork is requesting Bardstown Fire send a pumper, a tanker and a brush truck.
10:43 a.m. — Bardstown firefighters arrive at the fire and report the mobile home is partly collapsed and a field fire burning and being spread by the wind.
