NE Nelson Fire reports to reported Wilkerson Road lightning strike

Tuesday, July 19, 2011, 8:46 p.m. — The Northeast Nelson Fire Department is responding to 1629 Wilkerson Road for a report of a structure hit by lightning.

9:25 p.m. — After an inspection of the residence, firefighters found no fire. Units left the scene and returned to station.
