Jacqueline Rachelle “Jackie” Cooper, 58, of E. High St., Springfield, formerly of Bardstown, died Saturday, March 24, 2018, at Hildegard House in Louisville, a hospice care unit.
She was preceded in death by one daughter, Joanna Cooper in May 2017.
She is survived by her parents, Gus and Joann Reed Cooper of Springfield; one sister, Patricia Lee Newby (Paul) of Louisville; two brothers, Gene Cooper (Pam) of Elk Grove, Calif. and Len Cooper (Mia) of Louisville; three nieces; and two nephews.
The Funeral Mass is 11 a.m. Wednesday, March 28, 2018, at Holy Rosary Catholic Church in Springfield with cremation following the service. A private burial will take place at St. Dominic-Holy Rosary Cemetery at a later date.
Visitation is 5-7 p.m. Tuesday and 7-10:15 a.m. Wednesday at the Hale-Polin-Robinson Funeral Home in Springfield with a prayer service Tuesday at 7 p.m.
The Hale-Polin-Robinson Funeral Home in Springfield is in charge of arrangements.
