Obituary: Paul C. Borders, 36, Springfield

Paul C. Borders, 36, of Grundy Avenue, Springfield, died Monday morning, April 30, 2018, in Springfield. He was born Jan. 30, 1982, in Lebanon. He was a 2000 graduate of Washington County High School, a member of the St. Dominic Catholic Church and an employee of Mama’s Touch Nursery in Fredericktown.

Preceding him in death was his mother, Ethel Spalding Borders on April 21, 2018.

Survivors include his father, Paul O. Borders of Springfield; two daughters, Ava Borders of Perryville and Matalee Borders of Springfield; two sons, Micah Borders and Brayden Borders of Perryville; and three sisters, Pam Wheatley (Perry) and Amanda Hodgens of (Terry), both of Springfield and Patricia Taylor (Terry) of Campbellsville.

The memorial Mass is 10 a.m. Thursday, May 3, 2018, at St. Dominic Catholic Church with the Rev. Culpepper Elliott officiating.

Inurnment will be in the St. Rose Cemetery.

The Carey & Son Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
