Monday, Dec. 26, 2016, 11 a.m. — One person suffered minor injuries Sunday afternoon in a two-vehicle crash at the intersection of Springfield Road and East John Rowan Boulevard. Nelson County EMS, the Bardstown Fire Department and Bardstown Police were dispatched at about 4:55 p.m. for the injury accident involving a Nissan and a Mitsubishi passenger car.
EMS treated a 20-year-old woman at the scene and transported her to Flaget Memorial Hospital.
