Saturday, May 9, 2015, 9 p.m. – Nelson County EMS and Bardstown Police were called Saturday evening to the area of North First Street for a report of a 16-year-old girl who cut herself and took an overdose of medicine. EMS and police were dispatched at 8:21 p.m. The teen told first-responders she didn’t want to live. The girl was transported by EMS to Flaget Memorial Hospital for evaluation and treatment.
