Saturday, April 2, 2016, 10:15 a.m. — Bardstown Police responded Friday afternoon at about 12:45 p.m. for a report of several juveniles playing along the rock wall at the eastbound exit ramp of the Bluegrass Parkway at mile marker 25. Officers did not find juveniles at the exit ramp initially. After expanding their search, they located the source of the call — a family of amateur archaeologists from Ohio who stopped on the parkway to look for fossils among the rock walls.
