Tuesday, Dec. 22, 2015, 12:30 a.m. — A Radcliff woman suffered minor injuries Monday evening in a single-vehicle accident on Samuels Loop. The Nelson 
County Sheriff’s Office and Nelson County EMS were dispatched to the area of the 500 block of Samuels Loop at 7:51 p.m. Monday evening.
According to police, a 2004 Chevrolet Malibu operated by Angela M. Palmer, 27, of Radcliff, was driving north when her car dropped off the shoulder of the road. It came back on the road, crossed the roadway and off the left side of the road and struck a tree before coming back to rest in the center of the roadway.
The victim was transported by Nelson County EMS to Flaget Memorial Hospital with complaints of left rib cage pain.
Deputy Steve Campbell investigated the accident.
