Tuesday, July 12, 2011, 4:24 p.m. — The Rolling Fork Fire Department is responding to a report of power lines down across US31E just north of the New Haven city limits. Firefighers report lines and trees are down on the roadway and have asked the sheriff’s office to block 31E at Higdon Loop until the situation is cleared up.
