Monday, Feb. 12, 2011, 3:12 p.m. — A deputy from the Nelson County Sheriff’s Office is responding to a report of illegal dumping on the property of a resident on Dee Head Road. The caller said someone had dumped a large amount of garbage in his creek, and he has a name and address from mail that was in the garbage.
