Saturday, July 16, 2011, 10:40 p.m. — Nelson County EMS responded to the area of 140 Chaplin Road in Bloomfield for a report of a female teen pedestrian struck by a car. EMS reported they treated the girl for a minor scrape. She refused transport to the hospital. The incident happened about 10:20 p.m.
