Tuesday, April 17, 2012, 11:15 p.m. — The Legal Aid Society will offer a free Ask-A-Lawyer clinic at 6 p.m. Tuesday, April 24, 2012, at the First Neighborhood Place, 1503 Rangeland Road in Louisville. The focus of the presentation is on foreclosure defense, family law, and criminal record expungements. Please contact the Legal Aid Society at (502) 614-3176 to make your reservation.
Five additional Ask-A-Lawyer clinics are scheduled for this spring and summer. At each clinic, attorneys will offer a short presentation about foreclosure defense and other popular civil legal topics. Following the presentation, attorneys will be on hand to answer questions about the topics presented and other civil legal issues such as landlord/tenant disputes, life -planning documents, child support, government benefits, bankruptcy, small claims, and criminal record expungements.

Community Missionary Baptist Church, 4909 E. Indian Trail, at 6 p.m. Tuesday, May 1, 2012. Presentation will focus on foreclosure defense and criminal record expungements.
St. Catherine Court, 1114 S. Fourth St., at 1 p.m. Thursday, May 3, 2012. Presentation will focus on foreclosure defense and drafting life-planning documents.
Catholic Enrichment Center, 3146 W. Broadway at 6:30 p.m. Thursday, May 17, 2012. Presentation will focus on foreclosure defense and criminal record expungements.
Newburg Library, 4800 Exeter Ave., at 6 p.m. Tuesday, May 29, 2012. Presentation will focus on foreclosure defense and criminal record expungements.
