Margaret Waters Frazier, 85, formerly of Nelson County, died Feb. 13, 2015, in Arizona.
Graveside services are 2 p.m. Wednesday, Sept. 16, 2015, at Mount Moriah Cemetery in Boston with a gathering to follow at the Boston Community Center.
The Kappel Funeral Home in Boston is in charge of the arrangements.
