Baby Phillips, 55, of Bardstown, died Sunday, March 5, 2017, at her residence.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Jack and Jacqueline Fusting.
She is survived by one daughter, Jacqueline Linton of Bardstown; and one son, Thomas Ray Allen of Louisville.
The memorial service is noon Saturday, May 27, 2017, at First Baptist Church, 315 North Second St., Bardstown, with the Rev. Michael N. Smith officiating.
The Houghlin-Greenwell Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
