Brian Louis Seals, 28, of Lebanon, died Saturday, June 27, 2015, at Spring View Hospital. He was born Jan. 16, 1987, in Campbellsville.
He is survived by his wife, Courtney Gayle Seals of Lebanon; his parents, Jesse and Brenda Abell Seals of Lebanon; his maternal grandparents, Louis and Mary Ann Abell of Lebanon; and several aunts, uncles and cousins.
The funeral is 11 a.m. Tuesday, June 30, 2015, at the Bosley Funeral Home in Lebanon with Deacon Dennis May officiating. Burial is in Ryder Cemetery.
Visitation is after 5 p.m. Monday at the funeral home.
The Bosley Funeral Home in Lebanon is in charge of the arrangements.
