David Shawn Fowler, 46, of Shepherdsville, died Sunday, June 21, 2015, at University Hospital in Louisville. He was an employee of the International Union of Engineers Local 181 and a Catholic by faith.
He was preceded in death by his father James Thomas “J.T.” Fowler.
Survivors include his mother, Norma J. Streble Fowler; one daughter, Mackensi Mason; his fiancé, Janie Britton and her son, Rodney Britton; one sister, Tammy Hoskinson; and many aunts, uncles and cousins.
The funeral is 1 p.m. Thursday, June 25, 2015, at the Kappel Funeral Home in Lebanon Junction. Burial is in the Lebanon Junction City Cemetery.
Visitation is 1-8 p.m. Wednesday, June 24, 2015, and after 10 a.m. Thursday, June 25, 2015, at the funeral home.
The Kappel Funeral Home in Lebanon Junction is in charge of the arrangements.
