George H. Noe, 89, of Bardstown, died Sunday, Nov. 8, 2015, at his home. He was born March 9, 1926, to the late Howard and Tulia Esquivel Noe. He was a retired school teacher and a U.S. Army veteran of the Korean War.
He is survived by two sons, Curtis Noe and William Noe; six stepchildren, Edward Blistyak, Leslie Blistyak, Lila Simpson of Bardstown, Pat Seibert, Glenda Hewittson and Bill DeVogel, all of New Jersey; one grandchild; and several stepgrandchildren.
The family has followed his wishes of cremation and there is no visitation or funeral
Burial is 1 p.m. Tuesday, Nov. 17, 2015, at the Kentucky Veterans Cemetery in Radcliff.
The Houghlin-Greenwell Funeral Home, 1475 New Shepherdsville Road, Bardstown, is in charge of arrangements.
