Shellie Ann Lafollette, 47, of Eastview, died Saturday, July 25, 2015, at Hardin Memorial Hospital in Elizabethtown. She was an employee of Subway.
She was preceded in death by her father, Herman Arthur Becker; one sister and one brother.
Survivors include her husband, James Lafollette; two daughters, Angelica Marie Lafollette and Hattie Mae Lafollette; two sons, Robert James Lafollette and Matthew James Lafollette; her mother, Shirley Hancock; one brother, Don Becker; and one granddaughter.
Cremation was chosen by the family.
The Kappel Funeral Home in Lebanon Junction is in charge of the arrangements.
