Sheri Valadez, 43, of Bardstown, died Wednesday, Jan. 7, 2015, at Flaget Memorial Hospital in Bardstown. She was born 
July 12, 1971, in Louisville. She was a self-employed caregiver.
She is survived by her husband, Leonel Valadez of Bardstown; five children, Zackery Hendricks, Alex Valadez, Alicia Valadez, Gabriela Valadez and Adrian Valadez; one granddaughter, Baylee Moran; and her parents, Ralph and Donna Hendricks.
The memorial service is 11 a.m. Thursday, Jan. 15, 2015, at New Beginning Baptist Church in Bardstown with the Rev. Jeff Griggs and the Rev. Rick Bowden officiating.
Barlow Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
