Stan Savage, 58, of Bardstown, died Sunday, July 5, 2015 at University of Louisville Hospital. He was born Feb. 23, 1957, in Birmingham, Ala. He was a painter, a member of Sumiton Assembly of God in 
Alabama and a Christian man who loved the Lord with all his heart as well as his wife, family, friends, and his dog Bueford Bo Bo Savage.
He was preceded in death by his father, J.D. Savage.
He is survived by his wife, Connie Savage of Bardstown; his mother, Ruth Higginbotham of Alabama; one sister, Lisa Carrell of Alabama; one niece, Melanie Carrell of Alabama; and two nephews, Wayne Carrell, and Jason Carrell, both of Alabama.
Cremation was chosen with no services.
The Barlow Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
