Thomas Anthony Lyvers, 71, of New Haven, died Saturday, March 28, 2015, at Jewish Hospital in
Louisville. He was born Sept. 15, 1943, in Nelson County. He was a road construction worker having worked for Rose Construction, Nalley & Thompson, Hite Construction and Mago Construction.
He was preceded in death by his father, Joseph Benedict Lyvers; and one daughter, Nadean Greenwell.
He is survived by two daughters, Becky Keeling of New Haven, and Susan Lyvers of Louisville; his mother, Mary Ruth Thurman Taylor of Bardstown; two sisters, Shirley Heath of Bloomfield and Gail Lyvers of Shepherdsville; three brothers, Larry (Theresa) Lyvers of Bardstown, Danny (Monterey) Lyvers of Harrodsburg, and Phillip (Mary Ann) Lyvers of Boston; two grandchildren; and four great-grandchildren.
Cremation was chosen by the family. A memorial visitation is 4-8 p.m. Wednesday, April 1, 2015 at the Houghlin-Greenwell Funeral Home in Bardstown.
The Houghlin-Greenwell Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
