Rebecca Lorene Claywell Otto, 36 of Lebanon, died Monday, March 11, 2013, at her home. She was born June 6, 1976, in Marion County. She was a former employee of T.G. KY and currently a student at St. Catharine College.
Survivors include her husband, Lee William Otto II, of Lebanon; one daughter, Breanna Claywell of Lebanon; her mother and stepfather, Madeline Campbell Claywell and J.R. Wiley, both of Versailles; her father, Don Richard Claywell of London; and one sister, Matosha Claywell of London.
The funeral is 1 p.m. Friday, March 15, 2013, at Bosley Funeral Home in Lebanon with the Rev. Robbie Harmon officiating. Burial is in the Bethlehem Church Cemetery in Springfield.
Visitation is after 4:30 Thursday, March 14, 2013, at the funeral home.
The family requests expressions of sympathy take the form of donations to a college fund for Breanna Claywell.
