Saturday, April 25, 2026 — Nelson Fiscal Court met at 6 p.m. Tuesday, April 21, 2026 with Nelson County Judge-Executive Tim Hutchins presiding. Near the end of the meeting, Hutchins made comments related to data centers, one of which is allegedly expressing interest in a location in Nelson County. He called constituents’ use of social media to voice concerns as “fake news.”
