Michael Edward Martin-Miller, 31, of Vine Grove, died Friday, Dec. 11, 2015, at Hardin Memorial Hospital in Elizabethtown.
He was preceded in death by his mother, Lori Ann Miller.
Survivors include his loving wife, Brandie Michelle Miller of Vine Grove one daughter, Hannah Miller; one son, Alex Miller; his father, Burlin Martin of Vine Grove; one brother, Timothy Martin; and a host of family & friends.
Visitation is 4-8 p.m. Friday, Dec. 11, 2015, at Coffey & Chism Funeral Home in Vine Grove.
